i just have a doubt, while explaining you mentioned that int allocates 2 bytes memory but int has a 4 byte size, i mean i just wanted to clarify as for other datatypes the memory allocations were right, i just had a doubt for int.

When you are declaring structure reference in main function we can also right directly
Emp e;
It is not mandatory to write
struct emp e;
Because emp is a datatype which is created by user.
As per the variable declaration syntax
<datatype> <variable name>
Ex.
Int a., b;
Emp e, e1;
Because Emp is referred as datatype
